A Baku rental company built around one promise: the price you see is the price you pay.
Why we started
Renting a car in Baku used to mean a quoted price online and a different number at the counter: airport surcharges, mandatory insurance, cleaning fees, a deposit nobody warned you about. We built Omex the other way round. Every fee lives on the page you book from, the daily rate drops automatically as your rental gets longer, and you see both numbers before you pay: 30% of the total online to confirm the car, and the refundable security deposit released after it comes back.
The fleet
We operate 50 cars of our own with Azerbaijani plates: economy hatchbacks for city trips, business sedans for meetings and airport runs, SUVs and crossovers for Gabala, Sheki and the mountain roads, and minivans for families travelling together. Every car is serviced on schedule, fully insured, and photographed as it actually is, not as a manufacturer render.
How we work
Pickup happens where your trip starts: Heydar Aliyev Airport terminals 1 and 2, Baku railway station, your hotel, any address in the city, or our office on Şəfaət Mehdiyev 96D. Airport and city delivery carry a small, clearly listed fee; picking the car up at our office is free. We track your flight number, so a delayed landing costs you nothing, and someone answers on WhatsApp at any hour, in English, Azerbaijani, Russian, Arabic or Turkish.
What we hold ourselves to
Real cars, real photos
Each listing shows the actual vehicle with its plate number. What arrives at the airport is what you chose online.
Longer rentals, lower rates
The daily rate steps down at 8 days and again at 22 days automatically. Beyond three weeks we negotiate the rate with you directly.
Answers, not call queues
A person replies on WhatsApp 24/7. Booking changes, extensions and delays are handled by a human, not a form.
